These are the most common source documents:
ID: Usually your drivers licence, or your work permit with your social security card copy & DBA & LLC Articles...
EMPLOYMENT & INCOME: Minimum one to three years of employment & income history, but more is better.
INCOME DOCUMENTS:
Tax Returns for the last 2-3 years. NOTE: Your program might use Bank Stms. instead.
If self-employed: verification of business being active: Invoices, orders...
If a W-2 employee also, then the latest 30-days of pay stubs & your W-2's for last two-three years.
Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss statement, Income Statements, Rent Rolls, and such, depending on type of business.
Alternative Documentation as Income, or No Tax Return Program using Assets or Bank Stmts as income:
Use 12-36 month bank stmts instead of tax returns (10%+ down) Every program is different so call me please.
A Profit & Loss schedule only (20%+ down payment) or call for other options.
Asset Based only: No credit, no job, no income, just qualify based on the asset or collateral, usually at 50%+ Loan-to-Value.
