Applying for your loan begins with a complete application, source documents, and credit report,

These are the most common source documents:

1.  ID: Usually your drivers licence, or your work permit with your social security card copy & LLC Articles...

2. EMPLOYMENT & INCOME: Two to Three years of employment & income history.

3. INCOME DOCUMENTS: 

   • Tax Returns for the last 2-3 years. NOTE: Your program might use Bank Stms. instead.

   • If self-employed: verification of business being active: Invoices, orders...

   • If a W-2 employee: then the latest 30-days of pay stubs & your W-2's for last two-three years will do.

4. Alternative Documentation or No Tax Return Program:

   •  Use 12-24 month bank stmts instead of tax returns (10% down) Every program is different so call me please.

   • A Profit & Loss schedule only (20% down payment) or call for other options.

5. BANK STATEMENTS / ASSETS:  most recent 2-months with funds for down payment selected, closing costs & reserves.
